I came to know Pat in 2010, when I applied for a job with a 9-1-1 dispatch center. From our first meeting, I found Pat to be honest and upfront. During my training period, Pat was supportive and encouraging, as well as informative. Over the years, Pat has not only been a co-worker, we have grown to be friends. I find Pat to be very fair and inspiring. It is always a pleasure when dealing with Pat Jones.
